Martlets Win on the Road

The Martlets traveled to Massachusetts to face Williston. 
The game kicked off with Teddy Russell ‘26 making an impressive long-range shot that found the back of the net, giving the Martlets an early lead. Both teams displayed determination and intensity throughout the half. The speed of Justin Fu ‘27 and Dylan Ness ‘26 played a crucial role in keeping the Martlets competitive as they navigated a challenging game. Additionally, Charlie Hansell’s ‘28 accurate passing was key to maintaining possession for Westminster.
In the second half, Will Gallagher ‘27 was substituted after making a crucial save. Ryan Sohn ‘27 stepped in as goalkeeper, demonstrating skill and confidence. The Martlets continued to defend vigorously, with Henry Naylor ‘25 showcasing his defensive abilities under pressure.
The Martlets emerged victorious, winning their first game of the season. Soaring to new heights; go Martlets!
Grit & Grace Award: This award goes to Ryan Sohn for his outstanding effort in goal during the second half, demonstrating remarkable grit.
