The Class Gift: Leaving a Transformational Legacy at Westminster

During their time on Williams Hill, students learn to live with Grit and Grace. The competition and effort of grit and the generosity and ethics of grace become a culture, an aspiration, and a way of life. As they enter their Sixth Form year, students prepare to join Westminster’s vast alumni community, and the Class Gift program brings to life the concepts of gratitude and legacy that go hand in hand with
Grit and Grace.

The Class Gift program is an opportunity for students and families in a class to come together, dedicate time, and pool their resources to make a meaningful and impactful legacy gift to the school. It is a chance to reflect on the Westminster experience, to share in a collective moment of gratitude, and to collectively bring to life a project that will help to transform the student experience for generations to come.

Participating in the Class Gift is a wonderful way to honor your student and provide a lasting gift to Westminster, which will be enjoyed by current students and enhance the Westminster community for years to come.

Since 1998, the Class Gift has taken various forms, from endowed faculty support funds to renovations of key campus areas to the construction of community-centric projects. The purpose of funds raised for each Class Gift is listed by class below, with extraordinary gratitude to parent, student, and grandparent donors in each class for leaving a meaningful legacy for Martlets now and in the future.
