Martlets Roll in Road Win

The birds boarded the buses and headed west to take on Kent on a 45 degree Wednesday afternoon. After a tough loss the day prior, the team lacked energy early. However, Martlet hitters made the necessary adjustments and came alive in a 30-5 triumph. Zac Jainchill '25 picked up the win on the mound, scattering 5 hits over 4.1 IP with 4Ks.
At the plate, the Martlets banged out 26 hits. Easton Masse '25 (4 hits, 5RBI), Will Patla '25 (3 hits, 3 RBI), Stephen Hamadeh (3 hits, 5 RBI), Connor Lytle '25 (4 hits, 2 RBI), and Shaw Turton '25 (4 hits, 3RBI) led the offense.

Next up is a battle with Choate in Wallingford.
