Martlets Remain Unbeaten

The boys faced their toughest test yet this season, playing three good teams on a challenging course under difficult conditions that prevented any player from shooting in the 30s. Despite playing without captain Will McCarthy ‘25, the Martlets prevailed once again on the strength of a team effort. Two Martlets, Brody DiBeneditto ‘26 and Jack Fichthorn ‘26, were co-medalists at 40 along with Loomis’ #1, while all six Martlets shot between 40 and 45 (each of the other teams had one score of at least 48). The boys look forward to hosting their first match at Hopmeadow CC this weekend, as well as to the much nicer weather soon to arrive.
