Martlets Defeat K-O

The squash sisters took the short trip over to Kingswood Oxford for a rescheduled away match to battle the Yverns, and there was some great play immediately from all team members, and some new additions! Grit and grace award winner Saleha Rahimi ‘27 was called up from the depth chart and played great in the #6 spot. Clover Cooper ‘26 played a fantastic player at #1, but admittedly had an entertaining time with great points all around. Well done to all on securing their wins with fair play, good effort, and the cherry on top was a stop at nearby Chick Fil-A on the way back to westy. Hopefully more good momentum will come in the next few matches.

1. Clover Cooper ‘26 11-1, 11-2, 11-1 KO
3. Blair Li ‘28 11-5, 9-11, 11-1, 11-4 W
5. Wynne Prichett ‘28 11-4, 11-1, 11-1 W
