Martlets Fall in Close Match

The Martlets gave it everything in a closely contested match against Trinity Pawling at the Kohn Squash Center on Saturday afternoon. The energy was high and the match was close right from the start.  Ryan Sohn '27 got the squad on the board with a 3-0 win in the #6 position. Meanwhile, Jason Hu '25 played some of his best squash of the season with amazing retrievals and strong court movement, but he eventually fell in the #2 position. Steven Xie '26 added another important victory for the Martlets with excellent length to the back while mixing in smart drops. Ben Switt '25 got the team the third, and final, victory of the day with consistent ball placement but in the end, the Martlets eventually fell 4-3 to a talented TP squad.  We look forward to hosting Deerfield and Millbrook at 2:30pm on Wednesday.
