2024 - 2025Head Coach: Jenniqua BaileyVarsity Girls’ Basketball is all about team and all about grit. The Martlets play a fast-paced motion-style offense that prioritizes getting the ball to the open girl. On defense, the team emphasizes the concept of “help” in all of its schemes. More importantly, the Varsity team does things the right way — showing up early, competing fiercely, running hard and staying after practice to lift weights and do extra conditioning. Westminster is committed to recruiting and developing excellent students with outstanding character, diligence and an intense commitment to working to become the best player and teammate they can become.Varsity Girls’ Basketball plays a competitive 20-game schedule against Founders League opponents and other top prep schools, primarily in NEPSAC Class A or B. Westminster also plays in a holiday tournament at the beginning of every winter break.
