Weekend Schedule

Parents and Family Weekend, October 17-19, 2024, offers many activities for you and your child to enjoy on campus. Many of the traditional events like teacher conferences and athletic contests, alongside a few community activities, will keep you active and busy. This is one weekend on Williams Hill you do not want to miss.

Join science teacher Elgin Leary for a glimpse into the universe from Williams Hill. Drop in for a short presentation in the Class of 1957 Planetarium or visit the upper fields to observe star clusters.

October 19-22, 2024
Following Parents & Family Weekend, students may depart campus after their last commitment on Saturday, which may be as late as 5:30 p.m.

Boarding students are due back on corridor by 9 p.m. on Tuesday, October 22. Fall term classes resume Wednesday morning, October 23.
