Will I meet my child’s advisor during the weekend?
We do not have time set aside specifically for advisor meetings. However, if you wish to meet with the advisor, your child should arrange a time for you to meet.

Do we need to sign up for weekend events?

To help with planning, please complete this form to let us know which weekend events you plan to attend.

Are there athletic contests on campus Saturday afternoon?

Are pets allowed on campus?

Pets on campus are not permitted inside any buildings, must be leashed at all times, and remain under the direct supervision of a family member over the age of 18. It is expected that families will promptly clean up after their pets.

Are there class visits during Fall Parents & Family Weekend? 

The focus of Fall Parents & Family Weekend is teacher conferences. Parents will have the opportunity to visit classes during Winter Parents & Family Weekend, February 21-22, 2025.

What is the departure transportation plan for students for Fall Long Weekend?

Form Deans have communicated with all students about how to plan logistics for the weekend.
Fall Long Weekend
October 19-22, 2024
Following Parents & Family Weekend, students may depart campus after their last commitment on Saturday, which may be as late as 5:30 p.m.

Boarding students are due back on corridor by 9 p.m. on Tuesday, October 22. Fall term classes resume Wednesday morning, October 23.
