Frantz Batoh
In an exciting showdown between the Martlets and the Williston Northampton School, the Martlets emerged victorious with a commanding display of skill and teamwork. The Martlets wasted no time in establishing their dominance, with Chloe Champoux '28 launching a remarkable goal just five minutes into the game. This early lead set the tone for the first half, as Wynne Pritchett '28 and Eliza Reilly added two more spectacular goals, leading to a comfortable 3-0 advantage by halftime. The second half mirrored the first, with the Martlets maintaining impeccable control over the field. Their passes were precise and fluid, showcasing their harmonious teamwork. Chloe Champoux added another goal to her tally, while Eliza Reilly completed an impressive hat trick with two more goals. Lexie Willis '26 capped off the scoring spree, securing a resounding victory for the Martlets. Despite the significant scoreline, credit must be given to Williston School's goalie, who delivered a commendable performance in the first half, making numerous impressive saves that prevented an even more significant margin of defeat.

The Grit Grace award went to the Martlets' midfield, which played a pivotal role in both defense and offense. They consistently resist their opponents' attacks and set up scoring opportunities. The game highlighted the Martlets' superior skill and teamwork, earning them a well-deserved triumph.
