Martlets Fall to NMH

This small and mighty traveled far to play 8 v 8 with NMH. This was definitely a learning opportunity. Each member of the team had to push themselves to continue to run and to keep trying to get to the ball. We have truly come together as a team: words of encouragement continued as the game went on, and not once was there any blame or frustration in this incredibly challenging game: only cheers for each other. As usual, our amazing goalie Chase Carter ’26 played with grace and grit. Teagan Lynch ’27 was particularly crucial in this game as she played defense and mid-field at the same time. Grace Brown ’28 and Anastasia Augsberger ’26 shone as defense as well, consistently blocking the opposing team.

Grit & Grace Award and why? Abbey Desson ’28 consistently showed up for her teammates and kept running through the entirety of the game with uplifting spirits.
