Martlets Battle Hard vs Gunn

Another close game for the thirds girls! With numbers down, this entire team played with grit and grace with only one sub. Teagan Lynch ’27, Abby Desson ’28 and Hopie Fooshee ’27 never relaxed for one second, as they charged from one end of the field to the next, consistently going after the ball to play all positions on the field. They also showed kindness towards each other and kept cheering on the team to not lose hope in this incredibly challenging game.

The Grit and Grace award is shared by Virginia Whiting ’26 and Rebecca Hartman ’28 for sharing the difficult role of playing goalie in this defense-intensive game.
