Martlets Shutout Deerfield
The martlets played superb field hockey today against a strong Deerfield team. Notable was the strength of Deerfield’s defense, which it took very hard work to penetrate. It was wonderful, yet again, to see the girls push themselves so hard and play so well as a team. The left sided Third Form duo of Charlotte Tyler ‘28 and Charlotte Reece ‘28 were scorers.
The Grit and Grace Award goes to another pivotal Third Former, Lizzy Filipetti ‘28, for a determined and skillful performance in the midfield.
